At the 42 conference of the Historical Society of Israel: Law, Crime and Enforcement, at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, on 5 March.  The lecture will be titled: "From a rumor to a charge: how did legal institutions established the notion that lepers poisoned wells?". It focuses on the development of well-poisoning accusations against lepers in southwestern France in 1321.
