Albert Kohn is a PhD candidate at Beyond the Elite researching domestic life and piety amongst high medieval Jews and Christians. Albert holds BAs from Columbia University and the Jewish Theological Seminary and recently received his MPhil in medieval history from the University of Cambridge. This year, he is focused on how specific rituals impacted the organization of domestic life and the issues that emerged from homes passing between Jews and Christians.
